Beltoy Steltara owned by the Hinchley Family take the Royal Show Shetland Champion!

Beltoy Steltara owned & produced by Amanda Hinchley & shown by daughter Ellis, starts off her 2009 Summer season at Suffolk County Show in top form. Moving into senior breed classes in 2009 Steltara & Ellis took the 1st placed rosette in the 4 year old & over Shetland Mare, Stallion & Gelding class & completed their day by adding the overall breed Champion tricolour.
The Stud finally finished its 2009 foaling on the 26 May 2009 and are delighted to announce the safe arrival of 6 beautiful Beltoy foals. For 2009 its definitely a case of 'Girl Power' with 5 fillies and adding to the nursery our stunning colt foal Beltoy Darius by Cranford Crunchy Munchy. A bit of a round up on the early shows for Beltoy ponies. The Hinchley Family's Beltoy Rosetalon has hit the 2009 show season in style by by gaining a very well respected 2nd in an Open M&M Class. Our latest venture has been with Glynn our Sec C who made his first WH debut and came home with two 2nds, and his first ever flat class had a very respectable 5th place. Not to be out done our other Novice for 2009 Barns Rosanna secured two seconds at the NPS NI Spring Show. Kizzy came along for the ride and was Res Shetland Champion.

Beltoy Stud are pleased to announce another arrival to the stud. Introducing Carlung Minstrel a 2 year Cream Dun Highland gelding.
Many Thanks to the Carlung Stud for letting us have this wonderful boy.

Roseaisle of Transy 1993 - 2009
Sadly we lost our beloved Roseaisle on Sunday 1 March 2009 through premature foaling. A very dark cloud hangs over Beltoy & its so difficult to come to terms with the loss.
Roseaisle was a once in a lifetime pony and touched the hearts of all that knew her. In our hearts she was 'Simply the Best' & has left us with such beautiful memories to cherish forever.
Her memory lives on through her much loved daughter Sapphire, son Zapper and grandsons Zander and Talon. We are blessed with the gifts that she has given us.
